Any personal information collected from you by Winking Lizard Australia is kept private and for the purpose of your sales from Winking Lizard Australia. Your private information will not be used for any other purpose nor will it be shared with any other non affiliated third parties.

Returns Policy
1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. Goods must be in original condition with all tags still intact and in original packaging.
3. Please retain proof of postage (receipt) until refund is processed.
4. Please note, no refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale items unless garments are faulty or not as ordered.
5. Please contact us at info@winkinglizard.com.au if you believe your garment is faulty.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.
To return the item(s) for refund, we recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your returned items arrives to us safely.

If your return does not meet the conditions it will not qualify for a refund. In this case, the parcel will be returned to sender.
If you provide us with the incorrect postage details, goods will be reposted at the customers expense.

If you believe an item(s) or service is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian consumer law. However these consumer guarantees due not apply where an item(s) were damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.

Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send the item back to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed in accordance with the Australian consumer law. If the failure is minor, we may repair the item ( or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time frame.
